Wednesday at work

Chris is in Orlando this week. I miss her allot when she is gone.. I played golf this morning. I shoot a 43 for 9 holes.
I am staying with my diet I am getting used to eating this way.
I weighted in at 278 this morning.
I met a new golfer this week. His name is Richard, he is very new to the game. But I think he is hooked. He is from Alaska.

Spent the morning with Chris.
We worked on the downstairs. Pulled down paneling and carried it out side.
My weight is down to 283.8 this morning.
I feel good about what I am doing.

My wonderful wife called to tell me she just came from the doctor.
The doctor said she is diabetic.
This leaves a big lump in my gut,
I know she will be alright. But I hate it.
She is my life.
